Best Places to Travel in May – There isn’t a place on this list that I wouldn’t consider going and I haven’t been to any of them! Malta looks gorgeous! Wish I had time to go.
What can we learn about happiness from Bhutan? – Bhutan is the happiest country on the planet, so why wouldn’t you want to go there. I almost applied for a job there a few years ago. It seems so untouched as well.

Sadly, most of those cities are ‘on the beat’ and they ignore cities that are otherwise.
Aleppo ‘was’ beautiful and trumped Jerusalem for beauty. I have no doubt that it will rise (for the umpteenth time in its 4,000 year history) again from the ashes.
Note the lack of African cities on the list. Kigali is beautiful, as is Lamu, Windhoek, and even Nouakchott has a rare charm.
Wow I just looked at the list of the 50 most beautiful cities. It made me feel so nostalgic for the ones I have been to but especially really made me want to get out and see all the others! Thank you for the inspiration!
